Project management for commercial clients
At Unicorn Windows, we are keen to work closely with architects to get the best possible project fit for the premises in question. To this end, we are happy to report back and meet at every stage of our process.
For instance, our full project management service involves not just pre-contract meetings and progress reporting but full communication with clients, residents, contractors and other supply chain members at any time. Other areas of participation include meeting with residents to explain the installation process and to provide support – even after the inspection checks have been carried out.
Our window and door designs
We will go out of our way to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the design and colour of their windows or doors. But we already have a good choice of designs, from box sash vertical sliding windows to open-out casement windows and tilt-turn versions, which can open inwards. Most of our windows these days have slimline frames, which clients prefer, and which provide a more modern look anyway.
Our commercial clients aren’t stuck for a choice of window or door colours either. For instance, we offer a range of light, pastel and bold shades, as well as Rosewood and Antique Oak Woodgrain.
